Our store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
We only accept orders for shipment to Australian residential addresses. Overseas shipping addresses will not be accepted.
Once you place your order, we will review it and put it through for processing. If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions. Otherwise, the order should be delivered within 7 working days or as per the shipping agency.
We do not accept orders shipped to international addresses from our online shopping cart.

We accept payment online by Visa or MasterCard. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service, ensuring that all your information remains confidential.
Payment is taken as you place your order, and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.
Rimedio retains all rights of ownership and possession of the goods until full payment has been received.
Rimedio does not store nor process any Credit Card information.
Only delivery to Australian residential and business addresses are accepted (International shipping addresses are NOT accepted). Please phone or email our team before completing an online order if you wish to discuss this further.
We use Fast Way Couriers, Sendle or Australia Post for delivery to all areas of Australia and aim to have your order delivered within 7 – 10 working days. To some regional parts of Australia, delivery can take longer.
Please make sure that the delivery address and postcode are correct, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided. Likewise, in the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (e.g., covid restrictions, civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc), we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays.
All shipments will be dispatched WITHOUT a request for a delivery signature. The courier is instructed to leave the parcel in a safe location.
It is best if someone is available to receive the delivery directly. If you prefer to sign for your parcel, please make a note in the comments section when placing your order.
Your payment is taken as you place your order, so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the time of ordering.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (goods and services tax).

Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, we cannot send honey (runny or creamed honey) or beeswax products (e.g. candles) into Western Australia.
Rimedio reserves the right not to accept or cancel any order without penalty once accepted. You too, may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification before the order is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation is accepted.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
